Upon registering as an user of this Channel Partner Portal, it implies you have read, understood and agreed on the below terms and conditions.

Usage

Channel Partner shall use the Information only for the purposes of (i) marketing and delivery of products or services of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong Limited (FUJIFILM BI HK); (ii) development of Channel Partner services utilizing products or services; and/or (iii) assisting FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong Limited to sell and/or license products or services. You shall keep all information confidential and shall not disclose to any third party (including subcontractors, agents, outsourcers, or auditors) without FBHK prior written consent.

Authorisation

All material provided on this site is only for channel partners to facilitate the sales and marketing task of FUJIFILM Business Innovation products.  There does not represent or imply any authorisation of any trademark usage rights or authorisation to channel partners in representing the any rights of FBHK.

Intellectual Property

All material provided on this site are the intellectual property of FBHK.  FBHK reserves the right to stop any activities that may infringe or suspected to infringe the right of FBHK or extend to legal actions. 

Responsibility

FBHK has no responsibility on any material being used and modified from this site by Channel Partners for his own sales and marketing activities.   FBHK also bears no legal or financial responsibility on any overclaims, underclaims, false claims or commitment by Channel Partners to any end customers especially with specification or service scope which is out of the description of offerings on FBHK official material.

Personal Data Privacy

Collection of any personal data is strictly for the management of access right of Channel Partners and facilitation of business communication between FBHK and Channel Partners.   FBHK has no right to re-distribute or share any content of personal data to any 3^rd party under any circumstances.

Termination

FBHK reserves the right to terminate or restrict access of any account registered on this site whom are (i) no longer an employee of a particular Channel Partner; (ii) inactive for a period of 6 months or more (iii) suspected or found with activities using FBHK material but may produce adverse effect on the brand image of FBHK; (iii) involved in any illegal behaviour/activities with FBHK material, without prior notice.

FBHK reserves the right to interpret, adjust and modify all the conditions stated herein without notice.

In case of any dispute, FBHK reserves the right to make final decision.
